What are the options to attend the Congress?

• Option A*: Full Congress Package
• Option B:   Congress and Food
• Option C:   Congress only
• Option D:   Congress Day Pass

*Option A*: Full Congress Package includes: accommodation, meals and congress fee.
The sleeping option will be indoor tents (2 people), similar to what you see below.

For Option A, Participants will need to bring their sleeping bag, pillow and mat. The tent will be provided for you. There will be a special tents section for families (husband+wife). Toilets and showers are on site.

For prices, you must contact your Union, as you will be attending the congress as part of your Union delegation. Your Union may also organise an additional travel itinerary to visit Spain, so make sure you ask them about all the options available for you.

If you wish to participate from a country outside the Inter-European and Trans-European Divisions, you must contact Alexandra Mora to register as an international participant and to request further information.

What is included in each congress option?

·         Option A: Full Congress Package includes: accommodation, meals and congress fee.
·         Option B: Congress and Food includes: meals and congress fee, NO accommodation.
·         Option C: Congress only includes: congress fee only, NO meals and NO accommodation.
·         Option D: Congress Day Pass includes: access to the congress on the day(s) marked on your day pass.

For congress option A and B, what are the meal options?

The menu of the congress is vegetarian. Make sure you add any special dietary needs when you register.

For congress options A and B, when is the first meal and when is the last meal offered?

The first meal that is included is breakfast on Wednesday 2^nd August. The last meal offered is a picnic breakfast on Sunday 6^th August.

How many nights are included in the accommodation package for option A: Full congress package?

The Full Congress Package (option A) includes floor accommodation in tents provided by the AYC from 1^st August to 6^th August (5 nights).

When does the programme start and when does it ends?

The programme starts in the evening of 1^st August and ends in the evening of 5^th August.

What language will be spoken at AYC2017?

The official language for the congress is English. You must indicate if you need translation on your application form.

When is the registration deadline?

 The registration deadline is 20^th June 2017. Make sure you register as soon as possible, though. :-)

The registration deadline for internationals (participants from outside the Inter-European and Trans-European Divisions) is 30^th April 2017. Contact Alexandra Mora if registering as an International guest.
